Time Tracker Pro Asset Tracker Pro
Time Tracker Pro is a complete customizable system for tracking time and expenses, client billing, and more.
Time Tracker Pro is ideal for anyone that charges for their time, or has an organization that charges for its time. Law offices, CPA's, consultants, creative professionals, and many others stand to benefit from Time Tracker Pro's sophisticated features.
Billing rates can be assigned as an overall default rate, a specific rate per employee, a specific rate per client, or even a specific rate per employee per client.
Invoices can be generated manually or automatically at intervals you determine per client. Time and expenses are automatically added up as line items per employee and billing rate, and nonbilled time is clearly indicated as a separate line.
Sophisticated reports can be generated to review time entries to show time billed by employee, client, type of work, compared by quarter, etc.
Payments can be entered once and distributed against multiple invoices, and late invoices can be very flexibly viewed. Also, customized notifications of late invoices can be generated at stages you determine.
