- After graduating magna cum laude from North Texas University, Jim performed as "Mr. Jim", presenting music and magic variety shows throughout the DFW Metroplex.
- Recognizing his strong analysis and design skills, Jim founded Envision Data to provide development services for businesses with a need for databases data-driven websites.
- Jim has hands-on experience using FileMaker Pro with Terminal Services, and has developed a variety of interactive websites using combinations of FileMaker Pro, PHP, and SQL-based databases, such as mySQL and PostgreSQL.
- A classically trained musician and composer, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife Betty and their four boys.
