Surgical Orthomedics

• Surgical Orthomedics Inc. is a reseller of surgical implants such as titanium bone and joint replacements. They needed a database to enter their sales figures for reporting purposes. NCD created a sophisticated and flexible reporting engine which creates print reports and can export report data to excel.
• Their system also includes a web interface with which doctors can log in and schedule surgeries, which are automatically entered into the database. Their web marketing content is also dynamically linked to the product catalog in their database.

American Airlines

• AA needed a way to diseminate memos that they are required by law to record that all relevant employees have read. This created an enoromous load of paper. NCD helped them create a browser based intranet solution to populate a FileMaker database with this data.

• The Dallas mortgage processing office for Washington Mutual is one of the top 10 sales centers in the nation. They achieve their success by coordinating a number of salespeople and representatives with FileMaker Pro.

Circuit Breaker Sales

• Circuit Breaker Sales maintains the largest inventory of new, surplus or reconditioned low and medium voltage power equipment and replacement parts available in North America .
• With warehouses and inventory scattered across the country, CBS needed a web presence for their inventory database. The database is based on FileMaker Pro, with a PHP web interface, with on the fly formatting of photographs of inventory and a web-based image upload capability.

Neiman Marcus

• Neiman Marcus has a large department devoted to producing content for their web site. Scott Schley manages their large and complex FileMaker system, which they use to manage image content for the site. When he needed help to convert from FileMaker 6 to FileMaker 7 and 8, he turned to New Century Data.
